PECA Garden of the Month
From time to time I am asked what criteria is used to determine winners for Garden of the Month. Click HERE for an idea what criteria is used. Special thanks to my judges for their time and efforts to assist in this selection process each month.  I would like to mention to residents who have not paid their dues this year to consider doing so. Some of you have some serious Garden of the Month potential!
